KICK STARTERS
Martial arts isn’t just for teens and adults. Starting children from as young as the age of three can equip them with invaluable skills that stay with them forever. The main objective of this class is to introduce your little one to exercise and learn in a friendly, pleasant, and structured environment while prepping them for formal martial arts training. Training is age-appropriate, safe, and designed to build strong fundamentals while nurturing positive values.

PARA TAEKWONDO
United Taekwondo Club's Para Taekwondo training is a structured and inclusive program designed for athletes with special needs. The training is conducted in accordance with World Taekwondo rules. The training focuses on Para Taekwondo Kyorugi (sparring) and Para Taekwondo Poomsae, with methods adapted to each athlete’s ability and classification.
Through progressive training, students develop strength, balance, flexibility, kicking skills, tactical awareness, and mental confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Beyond competition, Para Taekwondo builds self-discipline, resilience, and independence, empowering athletes to excel both on and off the mat.
